If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

Here are the steps how:

      • Subject: Return Request + order #
      • Please send us a detailed reason for your request and attach any information that can helps us determine this request.
    • Depending on the situation you will receive an email response stating the acceptance or rejection of the return.
    • If accepted - you will receive the information to make a return and a return label will be provided (we do not provide return shipping labels, unless you received a faulty item)
  • Ship items back with your packing slip inside.
  • All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. ( you can provide the tracking information to the email sent to you with the acceptance)
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Exchanges: If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt, PURELEMENTSTORE.COM  packing slip, or verification of purchase date).
